Return Policy
All digital subscriptions and purchases are final sale. Due to the nature of digital products, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for subscriptions once purchased. If you encounter any issues with your subscription, please contact our support team at hello@thebrandsource.com
Cancellation Policy
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Brand Source account or by contacting our support team (hello@thebrandsource.com). The terms for cancellation vary depending on the subscription plan:

Yearly Subscriptions
- Yearly subscriptions are billed in full at the start of the subscription term.
- You may cancel your yearly subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for the remaining term after cancellation.
- Your access to the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid term.

Monthly Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time, and no further payments will be charged.
- Your access to the subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel your subscription:
- Log in to your Brand Source account.
- Navigate to Manage Subscriptions under your account settings and follow the steps to access your subscription portal.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel and follow the prompts.
